When adding custom Items to your party package we ask that your order be placed a minimum of 4 weeks prior to event*.
*this is to ensure availability of items and turnaround time on production.
Any order placed for Items within the 4 Weeks leading up to event will be subject to a $60 rush fee.
When your order is placed you will receive a mock up of a design that you will need to approve prior to production start.
